My name is Jody Baxter. I am the founder & volunteer president of The World Prayers Project.
First, I want begin by saying — Thank you for your interest in World Prayers and for allowing us into your lives in such a meaningful way. It is a privilege to be of 
service to you and so many others around the world.
I am also very happy to report to you, that after 12 years of volunteer efforts, our humble humanitarian project continues to serve millions of visitors from over 200 nations and territories.
Since its initial launch on January 1, 2000, the World Prayers website remains the single most trusted and academically respected archive of multi-faith prayers on the Internet. Every day there is a steady river of people of all ages, nationalities, backgrounds and religious traditions flowing through our website. Many seeking hope during difficult times. Others to explore the diversity of the human spirit or to learn more about their spiritual neighbors. Some of you contributing favorite prayers to our collection, while others carry the prayers back to their families and communities.
Without question, The World Prayers Project is filling an important role in the world today.
Speaking as someone who is committing all of my spare time and resources to the support of World Prayers — I cannot possibly meet all of its demands alone and I need your help.
